Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
We require your receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds will only be available if:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged through no fault of ours, or is missing parts;
The item is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to be posted.

Sale Items
Only full-price items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange them for an identical item, please email Support@ccvision.club and mail your item to: 14500 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80401.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
