Shipping Policy

Domestic US Shipping: FedEx Ground shipping is free on orders over $150.00 (must exclude promotional codes). Orders under $150.00 are subject to a $25.00 FedEx Ground shipping fee. Orders over $150.00 are free.

Alaska/Hawaii: $25.00

Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam: $40.00 FedEx

2nd Day Shipping: $30.00

Next Day Shipping: $40.00

International: $50.00 - $75.00 (depending on the item). Orders over $250.00 are free.

FedEx Ground is our default shipping method for all continental US states and non-US domestic orders.

FedEx Economy is our default shipping method for international orders. Domestic orders typically ship within 72 hours, excluding weekends, Mondays, and holidays, depending on whether Ccvision needs time to verify the legitimacy of the order and allow time for the transaction to resolve. FedEx does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. All orders are shipped using appropriate boxes and materials. Ccvision does not ship to APOs or PO boxes.

International Shipping Policy

First-time international customers: You will be required to email readable images of your credit card (front and back) and a signed copy of your order receipt to verify your identity. Please email these images to Support@ccvision.club.

Ccvision LLC is not responsible for taxes and/or duties (if applicable) in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility, and additional duties and taxes may apply based on the laws and regulations of that country. Ccvision cannot determine in advance what these charges will be.

We cannot mark international packages as gifts to avoid or reduce customs fees—this is illegal, and as an established business, we do not do this. For more information about customs and duties, please contact your local customs office. We do not accept orders from the following continents/countries: Africa, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, North Korea, Vietnam, the Dominican Republic, Russia, and Ukraine.
